Benigno Aquino III about the 10 million reward for who ever caught her. Napoles surrender herself to Pres. Aquino at Malacanang this September.
After this the whole country follow her current status. Previously she is detained at the Camp Crame where Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and former Pres. Joseph Estrada was also detained before.
